Sushii was captured in a backward American county smuggling drugs. After she is led into the cell the hangman explains that she will be short dropped hanged naked for her crime. Sushii says she'll refuse to comply, but the Hangman explains that he is authorized to undress her by force so she relents.

The next day Sushii is led to the gallows. She undresses and has her hands handcuffed behind her back. Sushii freaks out as she is taken up the steps so the Hangman tries to comfort her. Sushii begs as the arms are strapped and her ankles are cuffed. Finally the sentence is read out and she falls through the trap door. She strangles slowly until foam comes out of her mouth and she pees herself.

Afterwards Sushii's body is carried to a table. The Hangman places a toe tag around her big toe noting her name and day of death. Her body is left there for the medical examiner.
